To be honest, it doesn't sound like a creepy song, rather it sounds like a weird SEGA Genesis song, in my opinion of course.

Wow, this is really good, for some reason it reminded me of the song Waterflame - StreetWise, I don't know if to call this Chiptune, Drum & Bass, or even both :D
